Jon Mohrhardt

President, Chief Operating Officer

Jon joined RiverNorth in 2009 and serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. Jon is responsible for firm-wide management and day-to-day operations. Furthermore, Jon serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RiverNorth’s proprietary registered funds.

Prior to joining RiverNorth, Jon was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Treasurer of Utopia Funds where he was responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations, financial administration and regulatory compliance of an SEC-registered open-end mutual fund complex. At Utopia, Jon led the team responsible for launching the fund family.

Jon graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Finance.
